Some USPS branches will ZIP+4 update and CASS certify your mail list for you. Unfortunately, the USPS does not support mail lists that are in Macintosh format. Many USPS branches also hold free seminars which assist you with bulk mail regulations. Contact your local USPS business representative for information.
